Distilled at the award winning Borders Distillery, as you might have guessed located in the Scottish Borders town of Hawick, William Kerr’s Borders Gin is one of select few gins that uses a grain to glass distillation. The same base spirit that is used to create their whisky is also used in their gin. The result is a creamy, malty gin loaded with citrus botanicals.

Its namesake was taken from William Kerr, a talented yet humble botanist who lived in Hawick, home of The Borders Distillery. William left his home to explore The Orient and the Indian Sub-Continent, seeking new species of plant to send back to Europe.

The gift pack features a 70cl bottle of William Kerr’s Borders Gin and two attractive branded glasses, all housed a beautiful wicker hamper-style box with leather straps and finished with a black and gold ribbon. We love that hamper can be repurposed.
